Pitanje <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">za\u0161to se cilindar spu\u0161ta<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> uglavnom ima jednostavan odgovor: negde ulje polako be\u017ei (unutra kroz zaptivke\/ventile ili spolja kroz spojeve).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hidraulika je kao fri\u017eider u stanu: kad radi kako treba, niko je ne prime\u0107uje. Kad krene da \u201ccuri\u201d, odjednom svi znaju da postoji.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U nastavku prolazimo naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e uzroke, brzu dijagnostiku i prakti\u010dna re\u0161enja \u2014 uz obaveznu napomenu: bezbednost prvo.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kada je \u201cspu\u0161tanje\u201d normalno, a kada je problem?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pre nego \u0161to krenemo u lov na krivca, va\u017eno je da razlikujemo dve situacije:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Normalno spu\u0161tanje<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: kod nekih sistema (npr. jednostrano deluju\u0107i teleskopski cilindri na kiperu) spu\u0161tanje ide \u201cna gravitaciju\u201d kada ventil pusti povrat ulja. To je o\u010dekivano pona\u0161anje.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Samostalno spu\u0161tanje u neutralnom polo\u017eaju<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (komanda \u201cmiruje\u201d, a teret polako tone): tada je pitanje <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">za\u0161to se cilindar spu\u0161ta<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pravo pitanje \u2014 i obi\u010dno zna\u010di <\/span><b>propu\u0161tanje<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> negde u sistemu.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i razlozi: gde ulje \u201cbe\u017ei\u201d?<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1) Unutra\u0161nje propu\u0161tanje u cilindru (klipne zaptivke)<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ovo je klasik. Zaptivke na klipu ili vo\u0111icama se istro\u0161e, o\u0161tete ili \u201cotvrdnu\u201d (posebno ako je ulje prljavo ili sistem radi vru\u0107). Rezultat: ulje prelazi sa jedne komore na drugu i cilindar <\/span><b>polako popu\u0161ta<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pod optere\u0107enjem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tipi\u010dan znak: cilindar se spu\u0161ta bez vidljivog curenja spolja, a brzina spu\u0161tanja se \u010desto menja sa temperaturom (toplo ulje = lak\u0161e curi).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ako vas zanimaju tipovi i rad teleskopskih cilindara (da imate referencu \u0161ta je \u201cnormalno\u201d), bacite pogled ovde:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/balkanhidraulik.com\/kako-funkcionisu-teleskopski-cilindri-i-gde-se-najcesce-koriste\/<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2) Razvodnik\/ventil propu\u0161ta u neutralnom polo\u017eaju<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Razvodnik (spool) nikad nije \u201csavr\u0161ena brava\u201d. Ali kad se istro\u0161i, zaprlja ili dobije o\u0161te\u0107enje, neutralni polo\u017eaj vi\u0161e ne dr\u017ei kako treba \u2014 i ulje se vra\u0107a ka rezervoaru ili prebacuje kroz interne kanale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ako imate sistem gde je bitno da teret stoji \u201czakucan\u201d, razvodnik mora biti u dobrom stanju ili treba ugraditi dodatnu za\u0161titu (o tome malo ni\u017ee).<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3) Povratni (check) ventil ne dihtuje<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Povratni ventil je bukvalno \u201cjednosmerna ulica\u201d. Kad ne dihtuje (prljav\u0161tina, o\u0161te\u0107eno sedi\u0161te, lo\u0161a opruga), ulje se vra\u0107a tamo gde ne bi smelo \u2014 i onda opet dolazimo do toga <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">za\u0161to se cilindar spu\u0161ta<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> iako niko ni\u0161ta ne dira.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Za razliku izme\u0111u povratnog, sigurnosnog i prelivnog ventila (i za\u0161to je lako pome\u0161ati uloge), koristan je ovaj <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/balkanhidraulik.com\/hr\/povratni-sigurnosni-i-prelivni-ventil-razlike-i-podesavanje-pritiska\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">vodi\u010d o povratnim sigurnosnim i prelivnim ventilima<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4) Spolja\u0161nje curenje (creva, fitinzi, brze spojnice)<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nekad je odgovor najdosadniji: <\/span><b>curi napolju<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Fiting, crevo, spoj, brza spojnica\u2026 Ulje je podmuklo: na\u0111e put kao voda \u2014 samo skuplje i masnije.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prakti\u010dan trik: o\u010distite sve, podignite teret, ostavite par minuta i posmatrajte gde se pojavi \u201csjaj\u201d. Poduprite, obezbedite mehani\u010dkim osloncima, klinovima, sigurnosnim podupira\u010dima. Hidraulika ume da bude \u201ctiha\u201d sve do trenutka kad vi\u0161e nije.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Korak 1: Izmerite \u201cdrift\u201d<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Koliko brzo tone? Milimetar u minuti ili 10 cm za 30 sekundi? Ovo je bitno jer:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sporo tonjenje \u010desto zna\u010di <\/span><b>mikro-propu\u0161tanje<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (ventil\/cilindar),<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">brzo tonjenje \u010desto zna\u010di <\/span><b>ozbiljnije propu\u0161tanje<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ili otvoren put ka povratku.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Korak 2: Vizuelna provera curenja<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ako ima tragova ulja na klipnja\u010di, fitinzima, razvodniku ili oko brzih spojnica \u2014 imate bar jedan deo odgovora na <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">za\u0161to se cilindar spu\u0161ta<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Korak 3: Izolujte cilindar (koliko je mogu\u0107e)<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cilj je da shvatite da li \u201cpu\u0161ta\u201d cilindar ili ventil\/razvodnik.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ako mo\u017eete da <\/span><b>zatvorite liniju<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ka cilindru (zaporni ventil ili servisna procedura) i teret tada prestane da tone \u2014 problem je verovatno u razvodniku\/ventilima.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ako i sa izolacijom teret i dalje \u201cbe\u017ei\u201d (u granicama realnog testa) \u2014 sumnja ide ka cilindru (zaptivke).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Korak 4: Provera odr\u017eavanja i temperature<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nizak nivo ulja, zapu\u0161en filter, previsoka temperatura\u2026 sve to pogor\u0161ava propu\u0161tanja i ubrzava habanje.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Re\u0161enja: \u0161ta se realno radi kad cilindar \u201cne dr\u017ei\u201d?<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1) Servis cilindra (zaptivke i vo\u0111ice)<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ako je uzrok unutra\u0161nje propu\u0161tanje, nema magije: cilindar ide na servis (zamena zaptivki, provera klipnja\u010de, honovanje cevi po potrebi). To je \u201cdosadno re\u0161enje\u201d, ali radi \u2014 za razliku od re\u0161enja tipa \u201cdaj zategni jo\u0161 malo\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2) Popravka\/zamena ventila ili razvodnika<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ako razvodnik propu\u0161ta, nekad poma\u017ee \u010di\u0161\u0107enje i servis, nekad je istro\u0161en pa mora zamena\/obnova.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3) Ugradnja ventila za dr\u017eanje tereta (load-holding)<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ako vam je kriti\u010dno da teret stoji bez tonjenja (platforme, dizalice, odre\u0111ene industrijske primene), \u010desto se ugra\u0111uju <\/span><b>pilot-upravljani nepovratni ventili<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ili <\/span><b>counterbalance<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> re\u0161enja. Poenta: \u010dak i ako razvodnik \u201cnije sef\u201d, sistem i dalje dr\u017ei.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zaklju\u010dak<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kad se pitate <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">za\u0161to se cilindar spu\u0161ta<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, u 90% slu\u010dajeva ste u zoni: <\/span><b>cilindar (zaptivke)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>razvodnik\/ventili<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>spoljni spojevi<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ili <\/span><b>prljavo ulje<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
