Trostrano kipovanje daje slobodu istovara levo, desno i pozadi, ali bo\u010dno kipovanje tra\u017ei ozbiljan respekt\u2014i smislen prora\u010dun.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dobra vest: ne treba vam NASA. Dovoljno je da razumete gde vam stoji te\u017ei\u0161te, \u0161ta vam radi nagib, i kako kinematika nadgradnje uti\u010de na stabilnost. Hajde da to slo\u017eimo pametno, prakti\u010dno i sa pokojom \u0161alom (ali bez prevrta\u045a\u0430, hvala lepo).<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Za\u0161to je stabilnost zahtevnija kod trostranog kipovanja?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kod kipovanja unazad oslonac ostaje \u0161irok, a linija prevrtanja ide pozadi. Kod kipovanja u stranu linija prevrtanja ide du\u017e spoljne gume\/naplatka i va\u0161 \u201coslonac\u201d postaje u\u017ei. Kako se sanduk podi\u017ee, te\u017ei\u0161te dize skelu i pribli\u017eava se toj liniji.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jo\u0161 ako je teren nakrivo, ili se materijal \u201czalepi\u201d za zid sanduka\u2014dobijate recept za ne\u017eeljenu akrobaciju. Zato <\/span><b>stabilnost pri trostranom kipovanju<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> po\u010dinje od geometrije i zavr\u0161ava se na zdravom terenskom ritualu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sve \u0161to podi\u017ee te\u017ei\u0161te (vi\u0161i teret, u\u017ei trag, ve\u0107e otvaranje sanduka) i sve \u0161to ga gura ka spolja (bo\u010dni nagib, \u201cmost\u201d od materijala, bo\u010dni trzaj) skida vam marginu stabilnosti.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Osnovna statika: gde \u201cpada\u201d linija sile<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zami\u0161ljajte projekciju te\u017ei\u0161ta kao ta\u010dku koja pada vertikalno nadole. Stabilni ste dok ta projekcija \u201cpada\u201d unutar oslonca \u2014 izme\u0111u linije prevrtanja i suprotne strane vozila. Kod kipovanja u stranu, ta linija prevrtanja je du\u017e spoljnog niza to\u010dkova. Klju\u010dni parametri:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>T<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 trag to\u010dkova (rastojanje izme\u0111u sredina desnog i levog to\u010dka), m<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>h<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 efektivna visina te\u017ei\u0161ta skupa (\u0161asija + nadgradnja + teret), m<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>\u03b1<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 bo\u010dni nagib podloge (stepeni)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>e<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 bo\u010dna ekscentri\u010dnost tereta (npr. materijal \u201cle\u017ei\u201d vi\u0161e uz zid sanduka), m<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>a\u1d67<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 trenutni bo\u010dni \u201ctrzaj\u201d\/ubrzanje (brzina istovara, ko\u010denje, zano\u0161enje), u jedinicama g<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kriterijum stabilnosti mo\u017eete grubo zapisati kao odnos \u201crezervnog\u201d kraka naspram rezultuju\u0107ih bo\u010dnih pomeranja te\u017ei\u0161ta:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>d = T\/2 \u2212 (h\u00b7tan \u03b1 + e + h\u00b7a\u1d67)<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ako je d &gt; 0, projekcija je jo\u0161 u \u201cbezbednoj\u201d zoni. \u0160to je d ve\u0107i, to je rezerv\u0430 stabilnosti ve\u0107a.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prakti\u010dan prag: dr\u017eite <\/span><b>S = d \/ (T\/2)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2265 0,25. Ubacite <\/span><b>a\u1d67<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (npr. 0,05\u20130,15 g za kratke bo\u010dne trzaje) i prora\u010dun postaje:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\u03b1\u2096\u1d63\u1d62\u209c,din \u2248 arctan[(T\/2 \u2212 e \u2212 h\u00b7a\u1d67)\/h]<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vidite po formuli: svako \u201ca\u1d67\u201d smanjuje bezbedni nagib jer se pona\u0161a kao dodatno bo\u010dno pomeranje te\u017ei\u0161ta. Zato bo\u010dno kipovanje radite polako, bez \u201ccukova\u201d, i samo na ravnom.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kako visina sanduka menja sliku<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kako se sanduk podi\u017ee, te\u017ei\u0161te tereta se penje i lagano ide ka boku (jer se \u201ckocka\u201d tereta rotira oko \u0161arki). Efektivno <\/span><b>h<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> raste, a <\/span><b>e<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u010desto nije nula \u2014 naro\u010dito kod vla\u017enog, lepljivog materijala.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zato je i izbor i pozicija cilindra bitna stvar\u2014vi\u0161e o kinematici i uticaju cilindra pro\u010ditajte u tekstu o<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/balkanhidraulik.com\/kako-funkcionisu-trostrani-cilindri\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">trostranim cilindrima<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i u vodi\u010du kako<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/balkanhidraulik.com\/kako-izabrati-pravi-teleskopski-hyva-cilindar-za-vas-tip-kipera\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">izabrati pravi teleskopski HYVA cilindar<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Zato \u201cravan teren ili ni\u0161ta\u201d kod bo\u010dnog kipovanja nije preporuka \u2014 to je politika firme.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kako dimenzionisanje i ugradnja uti\u010du na stabilnost<\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Cilindar i osovina kipovanja<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u0160to je osovina bli\u017ea boku, to vam je krak povoljniji, ali geometrija \u0161arki mora da dozvoli \u010dist, kontrolisan hod. Kinematika trostranog sistema uslovljava po\u010detne sile i brzinu podizanja. Ako cilindar nema rezervu sile u po\u010detnom polo\u017eaju, voza\u010d \u0107e \u201cdodavati gas\u201d hidraulici \u2014 i eto dinamike koju niste naru\u010dili.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Torziona krutost \u0161asije i nadgradnje<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Ako \u0161asija uvija, jedan to\u010dak \u201codlazi u vazduh\u201d ranije, oslonac se prakti\u010dno su\u017eava i projekcija te\u017ei\u0161ta br\u017ee prelazi liniju prevrtanja. Dobar podokvir, pravilno gumiranje\/odbojnici i kvalitetni spojni elementi nisu ki\u010dma samo na papiru.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Visina utovara i raspored tereta<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Ni\u017ei, ravnomerno raspore\u0111en teret = ni\u017ee <\/span><b>h<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, manji <\/span><b>e<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, sre\u0107niji vi. Zalepite u kabini. Tako voza\u010d zna: \u201cZa ovaj teret i ovu visinu, na bo\u010dnom nagibu preko 3\u20135\u00b0 ne di\u017eem dalje.\u201d Uz nagibomer od 20\u201330 \u20ac dobijate najjeftiniji mir u floti.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gde cilindri ulaze u pri\u010du<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trostrani sistemi imaju specifi\u010dnu kinematiku: raspored \u0161arki, klinova i ugaona geometrija odre\u0111uju po\u010detnu silu i brzinu podizanja. Neadekvatan cilindar \u201ctera\u201d operatera na agresiju.
